Annual Meeting of the ASLH

The annual meeting of the American Society for Legal History is November 8-11, 2012, in St. Louis, Missouri. Here's some information, cribbed from the ASLH website:
Check out the preliminary program. The Program Committee, with Adriaan Lanni of Harvard University and Michael Willrich of Brandeis University as co-chairs, has recently completed a remarkably successful call for papers. The preliminary program is now available, and it looks just great. David Konig of Washington University in Saint Louis is the chair of the Local Arrangements Commitee. That committee has produced a zippy flyer and has just issued a helpful local information sheet. For some basics on what to see in St. Louis and information on booking the hotel, click here.
Pre-registration for the 2012 ASLH Annual Meeting in St. Louis is now open, and will remain open until October 15, 2012. Pre-register for the meeting here. (Note: some of our members seem to be having difficulty with our secure site when they are using Google Chrome. We recommend Internet Explorer or Firefox.)
The latest information on hotel accommodations is here (the Four Seasons has sold out and another option is now available).

For readers who cannot attend, we at LHB do our very best to cover this meeting by encouraging those in attendance to take notes on panels and send in guest posts. Contact us if you're interested in helping out in this way.
