The Center for Law, Society and Culture at Indiana University, Bloomington, announces its 2008-09 colloquium, "New Directions in Law & Society Scholarship." Topics include Law and American Political Development, Intellectual Property and the Arts, Engaging with Empiricism, and Globalism and the Law.
